European scientists have mad breakthroughs in the area of robotics, which are really rudimentary Iron Man suits of armor.
These are intended to be used to help prevent injuries where heavy manual labor is involved.
The US government also has dabbled in making versions that can enhance the capabilities of a soldier on a battlefield.
“Italian car maker Fiat and French vehicle recycler Indra are involved in the initiative, which involves 12 research institutions from seven European countries.
The goal is the creation of a lightweight wearable suit to assist with manual work, which will require no programming.”
Because there’s no need to program these suits for the individual, an operator could literally step right into one of these and become a force to be reckoned with.
