In a basement in Oakland an inventor works hard on his Iron Man helmet and armor. Thomas Lemieux isn’t Tony Stark, but he’s working on it.
To date, he’s spent $2000 and over 500 hours crafting his suit. Not nearly as expensive as the latest model from Stark Industries, but he’s DIY’ing this and there’s no JARVIS to help.
Lemieux is one of a new generation who enjoy inventing and gather to admire one another’s work.
