“Fans of the Avengers movies will want to hotfoot it over to Oxford Street today as The Toy Store has installed a giant Lego model of Marvel character Iron Man sporting his beefiest suit of armour. The life-size Lego statue is over 2.5 metres tall and weighs over a tonne. And if you fancy re-creating it at home, you’ll need a lot of spare time and a whole lot of Lego, as the model took over 940 hours to build and is made from over a million bricks.
